Our smaller gatherings happen throughout the week, but our main gathering takes place on Sundays at 10:30 AM

Again, all around Northern Virginia, but our main gathering is at our building: 7018 Sydenstricker Rd

What should I expect?

What should I wear?
Whatever you want. Casual, fancy, whatever makes you comfortable.
Where do I park?
We have a big parking lot and accessible spots for those who need some more assistance.
What happens with kids?
We have a staffed nursery for kids aged 0-3 and an age-appropriate lesson during the sermon-time - otherwise we’re together for most of the service! (because we love kids and we need each other).
Our older kids, middle-school and up usually stay in the main service and then on first and third Sundays have lunch together with a youth leader.
Do I have to participate in communion?
Not at all! Every week we say, “Come. Not because you must, but because you may.” Kids are always welcome to participate at the discretion of their parents.
Will I be asked to introduce myself?
No. But we are a friendly church and you can expect someone to introduce themselves to you.
How long is the service?
About an hour and fifteen minutes.
Is there coffee?
Yes. And decaf. And tea. And hot chocolate and almost always some homemade goodies.
What happens after the service?
Most Sundays we have a meal together that you are welcome to stay for or not. That’s the secret sauce. Conversations over meals is where the magic happens.
